Return and Refund Policy
Stacking Capital provides business funding advisory and consulting services. Our products are service-based and digital in nature. We do not sell physical goods that can be returned.
By purchasing from Stacking Capital, you acknowledge that you are purchasing advisory services, consulting support, onboarding, profile review, strategy development, application-preparation guidance, communication support, and related digital/service deliverables. You are not purchasing a guaranteed bank approval, guaranteed credit limit, guaranteed funding amount, guaranteed timeline, guaranteed credit score increase, or guaranteed credit-report outcome.
No physical returns
Because our services are consulting, advisory, digital, and/or appointment-based, there are no physical products to return.
Refund eligibility
All payments are final and non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
- your order has been accepted and onboarding or scheduling access has been sent;
- you have signed or accepted a Stacking Capital agreement;
- you have completed or scheduled an onboarding, strategy, discovery, or funding call;
- Stacking Capital has reviewed your personal credit, business credit, business entity, banking, application, or funding profile;
- Stacking Capital has prepared, begun preparing, or delivered any custom strategy, roadmap, recommendation, or advisory work;
- Stacking Capital has provided access to any client portal, booking link, onboarding form, training, checklist, profile sheet, or other digital resource;
- Stacking Capital has begun communicating with you through email, SMS, phone, Zoom, CRM, or another service channel about your file.
If you request cancellation before any onboarding, scheduling, access, review, strategy, or custom work begins, Stacking Capital may review the request in its sole discretion. Any discretionary refund, credit, payment-plan adjustment, or accommodation must be approved in writing by Stacking Capital and does not waive this policy or create a future refund obligation.
No refund for third-party outcomes
Stacking Capital is not a bank, lender, credit card issuer, credit bureau, credit repair organization, law firm, CPA firm, investment adviser, or financial planner. Approval decisions, credit limits, interest rates, account closures, underwriting outcomes, bureau responses, and processing timelines are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.
Refunds are not available because:
- a bank, lender, issuer, bureau, or third party declines an application or request;
- a bank or issuer approves less than the amount you hoped for;
- a bank or issuer closes, reduces, freezes, or reviews an account;
- a lender, bank, issuer, or bureau takes longer than expected;
- your personal credit, business credit, utilization, payment history, business structure, banking relationship, documentation, income, revenue, debt, inquiries, recent applications, or other profile factors affect outcomes;
- you decide not to continue, miss calls, delay documents, change goals, change businesses, apply outside the plan, or do not follow the strategy;
- your personal deadline, investment opportunity, acquisition timeline, or business objective is not met.
Client cooperation
Our work depends on accurate information and timely cooperation from you. You are responsible for providing complete and truthful information, attending scheduled calls, reviewing recommendations, making your own application decisions, maintaining access to required reports and documents, and communicating promptly if an issue arises.
Credit repair partner services
Stacking Capital does not perform credit repair or credit disputes. If a credit repair partner is introduced as part of your plan, that partner is independent and may provide its own agreement, disclosures, cancellation rights, and refund terms. Any rights you have under that separate partner agreement are not limited by this policy. Stacking Capital's advisory fee remains separate from any independent partner's services.
How to request review
If you believe there has been an issue with your service, contact us before filing a payment dispute:
Agency Partners Group LLC dba Stacking Capital
3540 Toringdon Way, Suite 200 #1117
Charlotte, NC 28277
accouting@stacking.capital
Please include your full name, email address used at checkout, order number, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for additional information so we can review the file, service history, communications, and agreement.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel your agreement or eliminate amounts owed. If you dispute a valid charge after services have begun or after non-refundable terms apply, Stacking Capital may submit evidence to the payment processor, including order records, policy records, signed agreements, service logs, call records, email/SMS records, onboarding records, and other documentation. Unpaid balances may be handled according to your agreement and applicable law.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If a signed written agreement between you and Stacking Capital provides different terms, the signed agreement controls to the fullest extent allowed by law.
